Dec Group brings isolated micronizing process and bulk handling solutions to CHEMUK 2021

Ecublens, Switzerland: – Contained powder handling and process equipment specialist Dec Group will showcase its lab scale isolated jet milling and bulk powder handling solutions at the upcoming CHEMUK 2021 expo in the United Kingdom.

Dec UK will exhibit from Stand D54 at the NEC Birmingham during the two day event, in mid-September.

Flexible isolation

The Dec stand team will be showing the advanced MC DecJet® 30 R&D focused jet mill, set up within flexible isolator for handling highly active ingredients with low permitted OEL levels.

The stand display will also feature bulk handling solutions, including the ingenious bag tip station and continuous liner system, used for filling powder into bags under effective containment.

Live demonstrations

The stand will feature live demonstrations of these systems in action while the team will be ready to discuss solutions to visitors’ specific application requirements drawn from Dec Group’s diverse portfolio.

These include Dense Phase Transfer and Charging, Jet Mill Micronization, glovebox Isolation for both high containment and sterile processes, contained filling and emptying of powders and liquids, dosing/microdosing of powders, mixing, blending and sampling systems.

The CHEMUK (UK Chemical Industries Supplies Chain) Expo is an annual forum that brings together the UK’s industrial chemicals, biochemical, chemicals processing and chemical product formulation industries.

CHEMUK 2021 is a two day event opening September 15 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) near Birmingham.
