Dec Group acquires UK continuous processing specialist AWL

Ecublens, Switzerland: –Materials handling and process specialist Dec Group has announced its acquisition of UK-based Alconbury Weston Ltd. (AWL).

AWL will now bring its expertise in design, manufacture and supply of continuous processing technologies and systems to further strengthen Dec Group’s comprehensive materials handling portfolio.

Real-world continuous manufacturing

Over the past decade, AWL headquartered at-Stoke-on-Trent in England’s Midlands industrial heartland has translated the long-aspired ideas of continuous processing into reality for the fine chemicals, food and pharmaceutical industries. It now offers a range of continuous manufacturing   solutions from laboratory evaluation systems to production scale turnkey systems.
