BEA Technologies showcasing innovative filtration solutions at CPHI 2025 Frankfurt
Milan, Italy – Life sciences filtration specialist BEA Technologies S.p.A. will return as an exhibitor to Europe’s leading pharmaceutical trade show, CPHI Worldwide 2025, taking place once again in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany.
The BEA Technologies stand (Booth 9.0 G83) will be part of the Machinery Zone at the Frankfurt Messe exhibition center, where the company will spotlight its latest innovations in encapsulated and automated filtration technologies, designed to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical and bioprocessing industries.
Small-volume capsule filtration
Among the featured innovations will be the QUALIKAP® range of 100% polypropylene inline capsule filters, engineered for small-volume purification processes, including bioreactors, laboratory-scale systems, and pilot lines.
The stand will also display BEA’s comprehensive filter element portfolio, incorporating PES, PVDF, NYLON 66, and PTFE membranes, optimized for microbiological control in vial and bottle filling operations.
MAGNEXFLO automated filtration
A key highlight will be the MAGNEXFLO® automated filtration system, engineered for processing high-viscosity liquids such as pharmaceutical-grade gelatins and collagens.
The system integrates multiple filtration stages—from pre-filtration to final sterilization—and enables both local and remote process control via customized software. Dedicated sensors continuously monitor each stage, analyze critical parameters, and optimize overall filtration efficiency, allowing timely operator intervention and enhanced process reliability.
The expert BEA Technologies team, including members from the Export and Pharma Divisions, will be available to discuss pre- and post-sales Laboratory Services and validation support. These services help customers develop tailored filtration strategies to improve production line performance, purification quality, and regulatory compliance.
