- FlexyCUBE controlled lab reactor automation platform is focused on parallel process optimization in application areas such as quality risk analysis and DoE Design of Experiments. It supports a wide range of advanced chemistry reactions including hydrogenations, Grignard and Friedel-Crafts reactions, acetylations, nitrations and esterifications. It allows up to 6 steel or glass reactors to be controlled from a single PC individually or in parallel for DoE. While usually run in recipe control mode, it always offers the choice of manual operation and manual intervention at any time.
- FlexyPAT brings flexible process automation technology (PAT) to lab-scale reactions with a modular concept that facilitates the integration of existing hardware to reduce cost and accelerate implementation. It is ideal for PAT applications such as scale-up or scale-down, morphology, or thermal-physical process technology. This is a turn-key system that allows a single PC to operate several jacketed reactors with user-friendly system configuration through integrated sensor identification. Standard functions include gravimetric or volumetric dosing, temperature control of jacket and reactor, stirrer control, pH measurements, manual or recipe control, data capture and automatic laboratory reporting.
