Dr. Schleuniger® Pharmatron offers the innovative multi purpose Smart Test 50 for tablet hardness testing. The system tests up to 5 physical factors – weight, width, thickness, diameter or length and hardness of all tablet shapes with one single device.

SmartAlignTM
The patented SmartAlignTM system guarantees reliable orientation of test samples in the integrated stations and can measure the width and the length by automatically turning oblong and oval shapes before any hardness testing is conducted. Apart from the operator placing the test samples on the carousel the rest of the process is automated.

This tool allows the entire hardness range to be tested by using a single reference weight. This calibration tool makes calibration and verification easier, quicker and less prone to error.

Ease of Regulatory Compliance Included
Smart Test 50 has the facility to print tailored test reports including statistics. This can be printed directly to a printer with no additional pc software. Password-protected access with different user levels ensures that only authorized personnel can modify setup data.
