Rommelag showing leading-edge aseptic filling and containment solutions at CPhI Worldwide

Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and bottling specialist Rommelag will bring ingenious solutions to aseptic filling challenges and flexible containment systems for material transfer when it returns to the world’s leading pharma trade show, CPhI Worldwide 2018.

The Rommelag presence at Stand 1J20 in Hall 1 at Madrid’s IFEMA expo center, as part of the ISCE Zone will combine Rommelag Engineering for systems that allow Aseptic production, filling and sealing of containers in one production cycle, Rommelag CMO for contract filling with bottelpack systems and Rommelag Flex for single use containment solutions.

Infinite aseptic filling containers

The Rommelag Engineering displays will highlight its Blow-Fill-Seal containers, developed in tandem with the CMO division. When combined with Rommelag’s bottelpack BFS aseptic filling system, it means the company is able to offer an almost endless variety of bespoke container designs in polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP).

Rommelag will also show a variety of Inspection Systems that can be used to test BFS containers for cosmetic defects, leaks or particles.

In addition, Engineering will present its After-Sales Services and Digitization solutions for preventive and predictive maintenance as well as Pharma Services for Qualification and Validation support of BFS equipment.

Flexible Transfer Solutions

Meanwhile, Rommelag Flex will showcase its Material Transfer solutions for single-use high containment applications.

Ingenious solutions such as Flecotec, Flecotric and Flecozip can allow ad-hoc transfer of hazardous materials that reliably protects workers and product from contamination.

“Pharma and fine chemicals companies are increasingly using disposable systems for material transfer of sensitive and toxic bulk powders and goods,” commented Rommelag Marketing Director, Andreas Häussner.
