Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and bottling specialist Rommelag Engineering has developed a smartphone app to help users explore its Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and bottelpack® technologies in Augmented Reality.

The smartphone app, available in Apple iOS and Android, creates a vivid new dimension to the Rommelag Blow-Fill-Seal brochure, providing new insights to the Blow-Fill-Seal process and allowing a virtual tour of the bottelpack bp460 machine.

Up close with BFS

“Our Augmented Reality App supports our printed Rommelag Products brochure to make it more vivid and modern,” commented Rommelag’s Marketing Director, Andreas Häussner.

“We’re hoping our customers will take advantage of these new insights to widen their knowledge of the BFS Process, to get an up-close look at how it works, said Mr. Häussner.

“We’re also hoping to reach people that are encountering BFS for the very first time.

Virtual tour

The Rommelag Augmented Reality App is available from the Apple App Store and Google Store.

After downloading the app, the user just has to hold the smartphone or tablet above the brochure to begin the virtual tour.
