Raw material supply service features

The Polypharma’s raw materials supply service encompasses all the functions that are essential to the process. These include:

• Collection and delivery of raw material for partners who have received a technical dossier from Polypharma
• API registration documentation
• Any special HPLC-columns needed
• Bulk material for own columns for purifying biologics and biosimilars in downstream processes (DSPs)

This last feature, recently added, also includes bulk materials needed for water purification and demineralization.

Where a selected API manufacturer has no drug master file (DMF), Polypharma can develop the DMF in co-operation with manufacture to enable finished product partner to receive all the documentation needed for product registration with local health authority.

In short, the service allows partners in the MENA region to receive all needed materials for manufacture of a generic drug from a single source and collected into one delivery. All that is necessary is for the partnering MENA manufacturer to specify their production plan and Polypharma will calculate all needed APIs and excipients and co-ordinate all into a single consignment.
