Plant Solutions for Water and Wastewater Technology – EnviModul

EnviModul is a flexible plant solution for the water and waste water technology. This innovative successful concept has been delivered by a well-known German based company.With over 35 years of experience they have been providing tailored engineering solutions in producing around 30000 plant treatments. This spring EnviroChemie has delivered a quick and economical solution to process water and wastewater accumulation by power generation in Africa and Pakistan. Additional plants will be delivered to India, Russia and Saudi Arabia in next few months.

Process:

The sophisticated engineered modular plants use the processed water as the boiler feed and remove the accumulated waste water which is generated during the embedded power generation of mineral oils and heavy metals. The plant is based on the following procedures:

• Lugan-dissolved air floatation plant
• Split-O-Mat -separating plant
• Envopur-membrane technology

The plant is manufactured at Rossdorf and Westerburg facility and are inspected and approved by the client before distribution.

This March EnviroChemie has customized a plant for treatment of water and wastewater for the cosmetics industry in Shanghai.

The EnviModul is comprised of five large individual units and includes a physico-chemical stage, a biological stage and membrane processing stage based on the:

• Biomar-anaerobic and aerobic wastewater treatment
• Flomar-high perfomance floatation
• Envopur-membrane technology

After in-house testing and co-ordinating all the technical components in controlled climate modules the plant was set up in Shanghai. Another unit is included to the module plant for the process control and on-site lab. About 10,000 to 20,000 litres per hour is processed.

The plant solution for water and wastewater technology has expedited in reusing part of the waste water for operation purposes.
