Mannheim, Germany: – Leading European integrated healthcare provider PHOENIX group will make meaningful contributions to the 2019 Bavarian Healthcare Forum (BGF Gesundheitsforum) in Munich.

PHOENIX Head of Corporate Pharma Services & Sourcing Stefan Jung will be one of the panellists in the discussion session ‘Beyond the Pill’ exploring holistic and individualised healthcare solutions that will take place on day one of the congress.

Patient centricity

Mr. Jung will highlight the potential for genuinely patient-centric services that go beyond mere pharmaceuticals, which PHOENIX is helping to deliver across Europe via its All-in-One Service brand.

The PHOENIX team at the BGF congress will also include Olaf Christiansen, Dr. Alexander Maier from PHOENIX group as well as Dr. Katja Acker and Annette Müller from PHOENIX Germany.

“As a truly integrated healthcare provider, PHOENIX group’s All-in-One services can provide tailor-made solutions for patients’ individual needs,” commented Stefan Jung.

Adding value

“We have moved beyond acting merely as a wholesaler of supplies to become the best integrated healthcare provider in Europe, with a Pharma Services division that combines the whole range of value-adding services for the industry, including business intelligence solutions and patient services in the form of pharmacy adherence programs,” Mr. Jung explained.

“As a result, patients throughout Europe benefit not only from our secure delivery to pharmacies, but also from the important information they receive about pharmacies thanks to us,” he added.
