Nordic BioSite supports Norwegian Immunology Society annual meeting

Täby, Sweden: – Nordic BioSite, the leading Scandinavian supplier of validated biotechnology products, will be a leading presence at next week’s Norwegian Society for Immunology annual meeting, NSI 2017, in Oslo.

As a leading member of the Nordic life sciences community and supporter of the NSI, Nordic BioSite has deep links with the society.

BioSite’s Area Manager for Norway, Dr. Johanna Gottschamel, will lead its presence at the event in Oslo.

“We attended last year’s NSI annual meeting and are delighted to be returning to this important Scandinavian academic event as a sponsor and partner,” said Dr. Gottschamel.

About NSI 2017

The Norwegian Society for Immunology (NSI) is an association of immunologists in Norway that arranges meetings for national and international audiences.

The society’s 35h Annual Meeting (NSI 2017) will be a one-day event on November 17 at the Runde Auditorium of the Domus Medica, the main teaching site for medical students at Oslo University.

The event will include a keynote lecture by Professor Richard Holmdahl from Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, along with presentations by Professor Mats Ohlin of Sweden’s Lund University, and Associate professor Peter Kristensen of Aarhus University, Denmark, as well as invited national speakers and short talks selected from the submitted abstracts. An afternoon poster session will be followed by the NSI General Assembly, concluding with the society’s Annual Dinner.
