Täby, Sweden: – Nordic BioSite, the leading Scandinavian supplier of validated biotechnology products, will once again be a leading presence as sponsor and exhibitor at January’s annual Norwegian Biochemical Society Contact Meeting (NBS 2018).

The Nordic BioSite team will be exhibiting a wide range of its newest and most popular products for molecular biological research, including its line of ZymoPURE™ Midi, Maxi & Giga Plasmid Prep Kits that enable users to produce ultra-pure endotoxin-free plasmid DNA in less than 20 minutes with a yield of 300-1200 μg per sample.

Molecular Biology Support

BioSite’s Area Manager for Norway, Dr. Johanna Gottschamel, will lead BioSite’s presence at the event, along with Danish area representative Dr. Karen O’Hanlon Cohrt.

“We believe our display will be of very high interest to the researchers, group leaders, and students working within the field of molecular biology that form the core audience for the NBS contact meeting,” said Dr. Gottschamel.

“We attend NBS every year and are proud to be sponsors of this great event,” she added.

Optimized Solutions

“The contact meeting is a great opportunity to meet existing customers, establish relationships with new potential partners, and to demonstrate how we support research with high quality supplies and products,” said Dr. O’Hanlon Cohrt.

“These include a series of products highly relevant to NBS areas of research including tools for molecular biology, microbiomics, PCR and NextGen sequencing,” she commented.

“In this respect, we believe that our portfolio of solutions from ZymoBIOMICS® that offers standardized microbiomics solutions for optimizing workflows from collection to conclusion will prove particularly interesting, with a choice of microbial standards, sample collection & preservation devices, DNA and RNA isolation kits, PCR and quantification kits, and microbiomics sequencing Services,” Dr. O’Hanlon Cohrt added.
