Optima’s Klee freeze-drying systems are also available for the drying of solvent-containing products under observance of the valid ATEX regulations. Each system has fully automated loading and unloading for vials, ampoules, syringes or bulk loading under isolator or with RABS.

Optima supply four different Klee freeze-drying systems or can supply a system to meet your specific needs.

Type C
This compact design houses the chamber and condenser in a single pressure vessel and requires very little floor space. It is highly efficient in terms of installation times and duration of commissioning at the installation location.

Type M
Monoblock design – chamber, condenser and all necessary technical modules are housed on a holding frame. This model also requires little floor space and is efficient in terms of installation times and duration of commissioning at the installation location and most of all, provides significantly reduced qualification possibilities.

Type S
Single storey design, this system is customized to suit the particular conditions of the installation location. All system parts are on one level and can therefore be flexibly arranged to suit the technical requirements.

Type D
Multi-storey design – This customisable system’s chamber and condenser are arranged vertically. The respective technical modules can be located at different levels and are arranged flexibly to suit the technical requirements.
