HAPILA commits to rescheduled Chemspec Europe Exhibition

Gera, Germany: – High-potency active ingredient specialist CDMO HAPILA GmbH (HAPILA) has confirmed it will attend the re-scheduled Chemspec Europe trade fair in Cologne for fine and specialty chemicals.

The European Chemspec Exhibition, originally due to be staged at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in late May, has now been rescheduled for November 11-12, because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Covering whole value chain

HAPILA will be an exhibitor at the event, with a stand at booth G40 in hall 8 as part of a joint presentation by eight companies forming a central German hub of excellence covering the whole value chain in pharmaceutical ingredients and fine chemicals. In HAPILA’s case, these include GMP-related development and GMP manufacturing, fully regulated Investigational Medicinal Product Dossier (IMPD) and Active substance master file (ASMF) preparation for APIs, in-house QC analytical investigation and development that extends from gram scale to full production at 100 l pilot plant.

HAPILA is particularly experienced in the synthesis of impurities and working to the highest analytical standards.

The HAPILA team in Cologne will include its CEO, Dr. Uwe Müller, and Head of Quality Unit (QA/QC), Dr. Steffen Wittmann, who both emphasize HAPILA’s commitment to maintaining operations in the face of the global coronavirus pandemic.
