Erdmann Design wins 2022 HIPE Award for excellent service

Brugg, Switzerland:- Leading-edge design and engineering agency Erdmann Design is among the 2022 winners of the German-based High Performance (HIPE) Awards, competing with around 5,000 international nominees.

The awards reward high performance in the service industry and are highly prized across the German-speaking service sector in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Winners are selected for high average scores across some 30 performance benchmarks in the categories of Quality, Service, Performance and Effectiveness, using a 1-6 grade system (best to worst).

High ratings

Overall, Erdmann received an average score of 1.31, well ahead of the ‘pass’ level of 1.7.

In Quality, Erdmann design received maximum marks for Image, Credibility and Sustainability as well as for high marks for design empathy with users, thanks to its Human Centered Design approach.

In the Performance category Erdmann scored maximum marks for Competence, Culture, delivered Customer Benefit and its Individuality while in Service it was highly rated for Accessibility, Customer Friendliness and Overall Satisfaction.

Finally, Erdmann Design was highly rated in Effectiveness, for the Style and Effectiveness of its designs.
