Erdmann will provide free design consultancy to the award winners and will share insights on its Human Centered Design (HCD) concepts and methodologies with enterprises attending the event, with invitations to attend its design networking and testing laboratory in Brugg.
“There is much more to effective design than just creating an attractive product,” commented Erdmann Design founder Raimund Erdmann, who will also be available for meetings during the day.
“Regulation surrounding medical devices and technology is notoriously complex and the design must not only be regulatory compliant but also take into account user needs, market expectations and real-live application scenarios,” he explained.
“We can also show how effective early design teambuilding and focusing on the relationship between technology and the end-user actually benefit the business model and accelerates time-to-market,” Mr. Erdmann added.
