CPC Biotech is again Best Performer company

Monza Brianza, Italy: CPC Biotech, the specialist supplier of enzymes to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, is again named as a Best Performer company in a recent economic survey.

The survey was sponsored by the leading Italian daily newspaper Il Corriere della Sera and conducted by the specialist economic/industrial journal Italia Post. It surveyed more than 60,000 enterprises based in the Monza/Brianza province, north of Milan, in Italy’s Lombardy Region.

Consistent growth and stability

The survey identified the 1,000 best performing companies in the province, distinguished by ‘health ratings’ ranging from ‘balanced’ to ‘excellent’, with EBITDA earnings growth above 1.44% and reaching up to 50%.

The winners are mostly small to medium-sized SME businesses, with turnover ranging from 3.5 million euros to hundreds of millions of euros, but united by their consistent performance over the past three years in generating profits and financial solidity.

Repeat winner

This is the second successive year that CPC has emerged as a winner in the survey, comfortably exceeding the minimum benchmarks with average EBITDA growth of 22.16% and a near to maximum AA Rating.

CPC Biotech Chairman and CEO Fabio Arenghi was one of the 14 honoured company leaders to be welcomed on stage at the culmination of the Survey Tour, the Award Ceremony at Milan’s historic Palazzo Borromeo.

The ceremony on November 9, 2023, featured a distinguished list of national and regional public leaders and officials and was attended by more than 500 people.
