Brevetti Angela and 3CK showcasing expanded BFS portfolio at PACK EXPO Las Vegas

Vicenza, Italy: – Leading manufacturer of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) pharma packaging machinery, Brevetti Angela Srl and its sister company 3CK are coming back to the premier international packing trade show PACK EXPO 2023 in Las Vegas with an expanded range of offers.

The return to PACK EXPO following last year’s debut in Chicago confirms Brevetti Angela’s expanding presence in the key North American market, where it is represented by US agents, Life Scientific, Inc.

Prefillable BFS syringe range

Life Scientific will support the joint Brevetti Angela and 3CK team at Booth SL-6851. The shared stand forms part of the Healthcare Packaging Pavilion in the South Lower Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The stand displays will highlight Brevetti Angela’s world leading SYFPAC^â range of advanced BFS machines optimized for aseptic production of large and small volume parenterals as well as the innovative range of 3CK pre-filled and prefillable syringes.

The fifth generation O-Flow silicone-free syringe concept was jointly developed, based on Brevetti Angela’s long experience in applying BFS technology to parenteral packaging, including the patenting of SECUREJECT® as the world’s first machine to apply Blow-Fill-Seal technology to production of pre-filled syringes.

O-Flow is produced and marketed by 3CK while Brevetti Angela has also developed the BFS O Fill aseptic filling system, specifically designed to accommodate the 3CK format.

BFS advantages

The stand will also host daily briefings, covering topics such as inherent advantages of BFS over traditional glass containers for aseptic fill and finish applications, use of BFS collapsible bottles to replace traditional bags, and the full range of products that can be manufactured using SYFPAC technology.

These presentations will be delivered by technical experts Eng. Massimo Consolaro and Mr. Ajay Kabbur, who will also be available on stand throughout the show to answer any questions about BFS technology and its applications for pharma and other industries. They hope to be joined on stand by Life Scientific President Mike Bellm.
