SanaClis acquisition of PPH plus assets strengthens pan-European service competency

Bratislava, Slovakia: – Award-winning full-service CRO SanaClis s.r.o. has announced its asset acquisition of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, based contract research organization PPH plus GmbH & Co. KG.

The acquisition signals a significant expansion of SanaClis core operations from Central and Eastern Europe to Western Europe.

Ever closer relationship

PPH plus provides significant operational and management consultancy services to clinical trial sponsors in Western European countries, especially in Germany and Austria.
