Qualitätswandel Dana Graupner GmbH named as Top Consultant for 2024

Bresewitz, Germany: – Innovative pharma industry quality management specialists Qualitätswandel Dana Graupner GmbH has been honored in Germany’s 2024 TOP CONSULTANT Awards.

At the June 28 Awards Ceremony in historic Weimar, the home of Schiller and Goethe, the Qualitätswandel team led by Dana Graupner and husband Dr. Thomas Graupner received the trophy for third-highest rated Grade A consultancy from TOP CONSULTANT Mentor Christian Wulff, former Federal President of Germany.

Innovative culture

The Qualitätswandel high rating is largely based on highly favorable customer survey ratings for professionalism and service satisfaction, with TOP CONSULTANT judges also impressed by the company’s expertise in quality management systems, project management, and cleanroom implementation.

The TOP CONSULTANT award profile also notes the company’s innovative and inclusive approach to workplace culture, with all seven of its female team members as working mothers, enabled by autonomy and remote working.

Founder and Managing Director Dana Graupner commented. “From my own experience as a mother with young small children, I always found that working in other companies can be a challenge.”

Dana has made it her mission to empower working parents, enabling her employees to work remotely and with flexible hours, among other options.

Digitally enabled

“Customers appreciate that our consultants do not block desks in their offices and, due to our ways of working, also ensure, for example, that a lot of work is prepared digitally,” Dana Graupner noted.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their extremely positive assessment; we intend to maintain this level. What we also saw, however, is that only a few female managers were recognized in the 2024 Awards. Challenge accepted! This will definitely not be the last time we take part,” Ms. Graupner declared.

The TOP CONSULTANT award follows naming of Qualitätswandel Dana Graupner GmbH as one of Pharma Tech Outlook magazine’s Top Ten Pharmaceutical QA service providers for 2023. From the beginning of this year the firm has made the transition to fully registered  GmbH limited liability company status and now plans to expand its service offerings on QM systems to further sectors, such as education.

About TOP CONSULTANT Awards

Germany’s TOP CONSULTANT Awards were founded in 2009 to provide a quality seal of approval for the best management consultancies oriented towards the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Companies are assessed on survey ratings from their customers, with feedback ratings aggregated and comments assessed by the TOP CONSULTANT scientific judging panel led by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink and Bianka Knoblach.

The two key qualitative criteria used to assess consultancies’ performance are levels of professionalism exhibited and customer satisfaction with services received. Additionally, key company quantitative benchmarks such as sales growth, employee development, professional background and experience of key personnel are considered.

Only consulting firms graded B or above are awarded the TOP CONSULTANT seal with top awards going to companies in the Grade A category.
