PolyCrystalLine showcases Quality by Design PAT capabilities in new web presence
Bologna, Italy: – Specialist crystal form CRO PolyCrystalLine Srl. (PCL) has rolled out its new website allowing it to display more of its in depth Quality by Design expertise in process analytical technology (PAT).
The new site went live at http://www.polycrystalline.it earlier this month.
The new site design uses Flash, xml and other leading-edge web technologies to give a cutting edge look to the presentation of PCL’s capabilities and QbD PAT-related services such as Optimization of Crystallization & Synthesis and Scale Up capabilities.
Scale up expertise
Also featured on front page and in the News Gallery is PCL’s recently awarded Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) status for chemical and physics analyses for qualitative and quantitative determination of active ingredients, intermediates and finished products derived from crystalline forms following a successful audit.
Specifically, the certification approves PolyCrystalLine’s use of X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and FT-Raman spectroscopy.
At the same time as raising its virtual presence, PolyCrystalLine has also ramped up its tangible manufacturing profile. Recent PCL improvement of its production facilities has included bringing a new 50 ft2 kilo lab on stream.
PCL has also signaled its intention to attend CPhI Worldwide 2015 in Madrid next October. The company is inviting anyone interested in meeting them at the show to contact PolyCrystalLine using the embedded link (See also Resources below).
PolyCrystalLine Srl has rapidly established prominence in research and characterization of crystal forms and solid-state compounds, particularly in the pharmaceutical field.
