• ISO 17025 Fundamentals E-Learning: A self-directed, self-paced E-learning course that can be taken over 30 days that enables learners involved in the design, development, implementation, and auditing of laboratory quality management systems to become familiar with the basics of a Lab-MS and ISO/IEC 17025, including its general, structural, process, and management system requirements. Trainees will also be able to identify the benefits of accreditation and what is needed for the Accreditation Process.
• ISO 17025 Foundation Training: A one-day online ‘virtual classroom’ course designed to meet the needs of quality personnel, managers, supervisors and anyone else involved in the design, development, implementation, and auditing of laboratory management systems. This is a highly interactive course incorporating team exercises and discussion that focuses on the requirements of ISO 17025 for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and their impact on an organization’s services and products. Topics covered include basic QM principles, a process approach based on ISO Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles, accreditation, certification, documentation and Continuous Improvement principles.
• ISO 17025:2017 Internal Auditor Training: Conducted over two day-long sessions, this course can be delivered via Virtual Classroom online or hosted onsite where requested. It includes physical training materials, pre-course study materials, registration with accreditation body, certification, and refreshments where applicable. This course is designed to meet the internal audit needs of anyone responsible for or aspiring to conduct Laboratory System audits, such as quality personnel, lab managers, staff responsible for systems design and implementation, and those tasked with an Internal Audit Program. The course explains how to plan and conduct effective ISO 17025 audits of a laboratory quality management system to best-in-class audit standards, including effective preparation, gathering evidence through interview, observation and sampling, and accurate analysis and interpretation.
• ISO 17025:2017 Lead Auditor Training: A five-day intensive training program via Virtual Classroom or on client site designed to equip trainees to conduct laboratory inspections and lead audits internally against ISO 17025 regulations from a risk and process-based perspective to check for Effectiveness, Conformance and identify Improvement opportunities. The course is accredited by Exemplar Global and is focused on the detailed requirements of the ISO 17025:2017 and best in class auditing practice in assessing a laboratory quality management system. All learning is through case study work and discussions. Learning objectives cover the structure of ISO 17025, its relationship with other ISO standards, its implications for audit practice, and the detailed roles and responsibilities of the lead auditor. These include planning, team assembly, evidence gathering, analysis, reporting, liaisons and follow up actions.
