Dividella showcasing NeoTOP based solutions at interpack 2017

Grabs, Switzerland: – Parenteral packaging specialist Dividella will show how its innovative TOPLoading solutions meets tomorrow’s pharmaceutical packaging needs at the big interpack trade fair in Dusseldorf.Dividella will be part of a comprehensive Korber Medipak Systems display at booth A25 in Hall 16 at Messe Dusseldorf under the banner of “Pharma. Competence. Combined”. Along with partners Fargo Automation, Mediseal, Rondo, Seidenader and Werum IT Solutions, it will show integrated solutions addressing emerging industry trends.

Integrated solutions

These include serialization, targeted packaging, small lot solutions, process and OEE optimization, Pharma 4.0 digital integration and EU directive 2011/62/EU, combating falsified medical products, which comes into force in 2019.

Displays include some ‘world firsts’, such as marrying Dividella’s NeoTOP x cartoner for processing small to average lot sizes with the Fargo Automation syringe infeed transport system. When combined, the solution offers advanced features such as a Predictive Maintenance Tool, personalized packaging, manual inserter module for processing small lot sizes, flexible product infeed by ABB’s YuMi collaborative robots, folding boxes pre-serialized with Chinese codes by Rondo and automatically inspected by Seidenader’s Track & Trace camera.

Special attractions

At Interpack 2017, Dividella’s team will be able to show how their solutions offer reliable, accurate product handling, reduced total cost of ownership (TCO), lower total cost of package (TCP) and easier line integration.

Korber Medipak Systems will also be hosting three special late afternoon attractions during Interpack Week: a Happy Hour cocktail reception with live music and featuring themed drinks such as the Dividella Driver (Thursday, May 4), a smoothies and chocolate session on Friday, May 5 and Bavarian-Swiss Night with traditional raclette and Bavarian delicacies on Tuesday May 9.

This year’s Fair will be a seven-day event opening May 4 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center.
