Dividella highlights flexible feed solutions at INTERPHEX 2017

Grabs, Switzerland: – Parenteral packaging specialist Dividella will showcase the versatility and adaptability of its NeoTOP-based flexible feeding systems when it returns to the big INTERPHEX International Pharmaceutical Expo in New York.Over recent years, Dividella has developed a range of tailored infeeding systems for pharma packaging systems, linked to upstream machines. These systems have been field-tested for use in NeoTOP over a wide range of different applications, including vertical or horizontal vial/ampoules, syringes and blister-packed plungers, needles, swipes, booklets and inserts at speeds of up to 800 items per minute.

Dividella has further developed its feeding systems to be easily configured to deal economically with small lots of as few as 10-20 items.

TCO and TCP savings

The Dividella team in New York will also be able to show how NeoTOP technology, combined with the company’s expertise in developing more efficient pack formats can play a powerful role in reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Total Cost of Package of its clients.

In recent partnerships with Medimmune and Sanofi, Dividella succeeded in reducing TCP by as much as 50% through use of more compact packaging (100% monomaterial / cardboard) that also eliminated expensive and non-recyclable materials achieving significant economies, particularly in provision of expensive cool-chain logistics infrastructures.

At the same time the exceptionally long service lives, high adaptability and easy configuration of NeoTOP systems are all key factors in reducing TCO.
