Dividella debuts latest NeoTRAY at ACHEMA Frankfurt

Grabs, Switzerland: – Grabs, Switzerland: – Parenteral packaging specialist Dividella will unveil its latest generation NeoTRAY high speed packaging machine with live demonstrations at June’s ACHEMA 2018 Trade Fair in Frankfurt.

Dividella will exhibit as part of the Medipak Systems Group at their customary place on Stand J72 in Hall 3.1 at the Frankfurt Messe exhibition center, alongside Seidenader, Mediseal, Werum, Rondo, Systec & Services and Fargo under their shared ‘Pharma.Competence.Combined’ banner.

The Dividella display will also focus on the flexible feeding and small-lot packaging capabilities of its NeoTOP Toploading Packaging Solutions and Infeeding Systems, as used by the world’s top ten pharma & biotech companies.

Connected Pharma 4.0 solutions

The display will also present intelligent and connected Pharma 4.0 solutions such as a recently developed Line Management System (LMS), Predictive Maintenance tools, and AR supported format changeover. Fellow Korber Medipak companies and products make the modularity and synergy of these solutions possible. Companies and products such as Werum and their KPI/OEE tools along with PasX MES software, Systec & Services’ T&T Multiline Manager, and many more contribute to the culture of innovation and excitement found inside the Korber Medipak System group.

Dividella CEO Christoph Hammer will lead the company’s team at ACHEMA 2018.

Dividella will also present advanced features and functions for NeoTOP machines that include integration with a syringe infeed transport system, manual inserter module for the processing of small lot sizes, flexible product infeed using collaborative robots, Predictive Maintenance Tool, personalized packaging and the capacity to handle pre-serialized folding cartons that can be automatically inspected by a Track & Trace camera.
