CRA Placement
Cropha offers a professional placement service as part of its exceptional CRA training program. Candidates who achieve the necessary standards upon completion of the course will be fully qualified to commence work and contribute as a Clinical Research Associate within the pharmaceutical industry.

CRA Evaluation
Cropha utilizes the T-CRA online test system to evaluate Clinical Research Associates. The test has been created by industry experts and has been developed using innovative psychometric techniques (3-parameter IRT model2). As it is an online system it can be delivered anytime and anywhere via the web. The test lasts for 1 hour and can be conducted by an individual CRA or group of CRA’s.

This type of testing can help ascertain if any additional professional development training is required to further improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of CRA’s. It can also be used to more efficiently recruit the right personnel for your team.

The T-CRA online test system examines CRA’s on 10 different topics using realistic case studies to help evaluate the theoretical and practical proficiency of a CRA. Each T-CRA test consists of 50 questions selected at random and includes Multiple Choice (only one answer) and Multiple Response questions (more than one answer). The following topics are covered in the test:
