The 3 jet fogging system employed by the wall mounted fog shower generates a light mist that envelops the dust on the contaminated personal protective equipment (PPE). The level of de-gowning is enhanced by the mist. The mist attracts dust onto the contaminated personal protective equipment (PPE) so that the dry dust does not become airborne. Wall mounted fog showers have various attributes including being able to control the duration of the mist with a built-in timer, production of very fine mist through the atomized air generated internally , filters fitted on both the water and air lines, a 3 jet-fogging system, run on water and plant air, on/off lever and emergency stop.

The advantages of having a wall mounted fog shower include rapid installation, inexpensive to operate, mist supplies full body coverage, comparatively small and light unit, the ability to dis-assemble the unit and re-install in a different location if needed and simple to operate – mist generated by turning lever on and stops automatically after set time.
