American debut for Dividella NeoTRAY at PACK EXPO Chicago
Grabs, Switzerland: –Parenteral packaging specialist Dividella will roll out its latest generation NeoTRAY high speed packaging machine to a North American audience with live demonstrations at October’s PACK EXPO International Trade Fair in Chicago.
Dividella will exhibit as part of the Medipak Systems Group at their customary place on Stand W-710 at Chicago’s McCormick Place Exhibition Center, alongside Seidenader, Mediseal, Werum, Rondo, Systec & Services, Fargo and Traxeed under their shared ‘Pharma.Competence.Combined’ banner.
NeoTRAY: setting new standards
Dividella will be hosting live demonstrations of its new generation NeoTRAY fully automatic cartoner that sets new benchmarks for high speed parenteral packaging at up to 40 million packs per shift/year and uniquely combines top loading with continuous motion side loading. Their modular design supports a broad range of applications for high volumes, particularly for packaging parenteral administration forms including vials, syringes, injectors, pens, ampoules and cartridges as well as inhalers, nasal sprays and other applications.
NeoTRAY also supports the recognized production and environmental advantages of 100% monomaterial packaging.
Pharma 4.0 ready
The Dividella display will also focus on the flexible feeding and small-lot packaging capabilities of its NeoTOP Toploading Packaging Solutions and Infeeding Systems, as used by the world’s top ten pharma & biotech companies.
The display will also present intelligent and connected Pharma 4.0 solutions such as a recently developed Line Management System (LMS), Predictive Maintenance tools, and Augmented Reality (AR) formats, made possible by combining the capabilities and specialisms within the Medipak Systems family.
