ACC showcasing high speed Particle-Sizer at IPBS 2014
Kenilworth, NJ: –Specialist size-reduction machinery manufacturer Atlantic Coast Crushers, Inc. (ACC) will showcase its new Particle-Sizer™ high-speed mill at the International Powder & Bulk Solids (IPBS) Show near Chicago.
The Particle-Sizer is a compact, high output device that can be used as a standalone or in combination with our other equipment to reduce large chunks or lumps of oversize material to fine powder. The Particle-Sizer uses a series of high speed replaceable hammers to sweep and cut against a series of stationary bars mounted in a Sizing Cage. This cutting action can reduce materials to 30 mesh or under.
Interchangeable Sizing Cages are available in several different slot combinations to provide different output particle size distributions.
ACC Vice President Jack Paddock explained: “We think visitors to our stand at IPBS 2014 will be very interested in this new device. It meets a growing need in the pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and other industries for applications in which process material needs to be reduced to fine powdered format as opposed to merely free-flowing.”
“This is a return visit to IPBS for us after our appearance at the 2012 show, where we were impressed with the networking opportunities on offer and very pleased with the high degree of interest in our products and orders generated,” said Mr. Paddock.
The ACC team at Booth 1261 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Centre inRosemont, Illinois, will also have details of the company’s other patented devices, such as the Flow Sentry™ enclosed in-line crusher and heavy duty Flow Sizer™ and Flow Smasher™ machines.
The team will also be able to discuss ACC’s abilities to provided tailored solutions to meet custom requirements and specific applications.
