Medelpharm shows multifunctional capabilities at Compaction Simulation Forum

Beynost, France: – Research-based manufacturer and powder compaction specialists Medelpharm will return to the annual Compaction Simulation Forum (CSF) that brings together scientific and industrial experts in roller compaction and tableting.

The symposium alternates between North America and Europe. Following last year’s conference in Boston, CSF 2017 will be held in Ghent, Belgium.

Multilayer and multifunctional

The Medelpharm tabletop exhibition at the Het Pand Center will show its latest STYL’One Evolution Multilayer Tableting Instrument, which now runs 60 percent faster and delivers 40 percent greater output.

The displayed instrument will feature ANALIS Data acquisition and options, including external lubrication, tab-in-tab device and different containment solutions.

Medelpharm’s video demonstrations will highlight the multifunctional capabilities of its instruments.

Ultrasonic focus

Medelpharm has regularly attended the Compaction Simulation Forum for almost a decade.

CSF 2017 is a two-day event opening June 20 at Ghent’s Het Pand Culture and Convention Center, with leading academics and speakers from the international roller compaction sector presenting various topics on simulation modeling technologies and methods for powder characterization. The 2017 symposium will explore the benefits of ultrasonic measurements during powder densification with a compaction simulator. More information at:
