Irish Quality Centre (IQC) is one of Europe’s leading specialist providers of training, consultancy and auditing focused on the HealthCare, Pharma, Biopharma, Chemical, and Medical Device sectors.

Training

IQC’s first service stream is for Training, offering a wide range of student-based and highly interactive training courses delivered by expert tutors, including at client sites where necessary.

Subjects covered include Pharmaceutical Quality systems, ISO standards 90001 (Quality Management), 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management), 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), 17025 (QMS), and 45001 (Health & Safety), along with Medical Device Training such as MDR, ISO 14971 Risk Management, Technical Writing and OSH for high risk industries.

IQC can provide training, including IRCA and Exemplar Global accredited courses, face to face or online using its cloud-based Virtual Classrooms platform.

E-Learning

IQC has also developed a portfolio of web-based distance learning courses that are self-directed and self-paced for remote learning to provide learners with Fundamentals Level knowledge to prepare them for Foundation and additional levels.

These e-learning courses cover the Fundamentals of all the main topics delivered by the core IQC training syllabus, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, ISO 45001, Medical Device Training, MDR, and PQS and Medical Device Inspection Readiness.

Consultancy

IQC is one of Ireland’s leading providers of consultancy on Quality Management Systems and Environmental Health and Safety Systems, with subject matter experts available to support QMS development or improvement, GxP compliance, or achieving ISO certification across sectors that include Pharma, Biopharma and MedTech.

Auditing

IQC auditing services include auditor training, support in helping organizations and employees to become Audit or Inspection Ready.

IQC auditing services cover Internal audits, Supplier Audits, preparing for Certified Body audits or Regulatory Inspections and are focused on the specific needs to sectors that include Pharma, Biopharma and the Medical Device sectors.

Quality, Regulatory and Standards

IQC is an ISO 9001 certified organization that complies with all EU and International Pharma Supplier Regulations/Guidelines as specified by its clients.

It is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and its International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and was one the first bodies to be approved as a provider of IRCA MDR Training in Ireland.
