Dividella to exhibit NeoTOP solutions simultaneously in USA and Asia

Grabs, Switzerland: – Toploading parenteral and secondary packaging specialist Dividella will place a range of smart and modular solutions to pharmaceutical & biotech industry needs before American and Asian audiences simultaneously when it exhibits at the massive COPHEX shows in South Korea and INTERPHEX expo in New York. Both events open April 17, 2018.

At COPHEX, Dividella will be featured on the stand of its regional agent; Seocho-Dong based Sampoong Inc. at Booth 3B 501 as part of the Korea Pack exhibition in Hall 3 of the KINTEX exhibition center in Goyang City, Seoul.

Both here and at Booth 3007 at the INTERPHEX Expo in New York city, Dividella will be part of an overall Korber Medipak Systems presence, showing how the group’s modular solutions meet emerging needs in pharmaceutical packaging, including use of monomaterials, new generation ‘smart’ folding boxes, serialization of drugs, Smart Packaging, Supply on Demand and Pharma 4.0 application of big data and IoT technologies.

NeoTOPx flexibility

At COPHEX, Dividella’s contribution will be symbolized by the NeoTOPx (NTx) with YUMI collaborative robot handling product insertion for a full Flexible Feeding cartoning solution. Modular machine construction allows maximum flexibility in the packaging of blisters, ampoules, vials, syringes, injectors and similar products. NTx fully automates forming and erecting of NeoTOP cartons include integrated partitions from flat blanks, supports very rapid configuration changes, making it ideal for smaller batches, for example for country-specific packaging.

The modular concept allows the machine to expand at any time (e.g. integration of a different product inserter or manual inserting module, etc.). The NeoTOP concept is adaptable to accommodate extreme product changes and complex pack arrangements.

Reducing TCO and TCP

The Dividella team will also be able to show how Dividella’s exceptional service life, wider range of packaging formats and materials and enhanced operability can combine to deliver lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and reduce total cost of package (TCP).
