Vaisala Demonstrates Eight Decades of Passion at IBMS Birmingham

Vaisala Oyj, a leader in environmental monitoring and industrial measurement will show their reliable sensor technologies. Vaisala offers an intimate look at its clean room facilities at the upcoming Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) Congress in Birmingham, UK.

Visitors to stand 915 can take a video tour of Vaisala’s clean room located at company headquarters in Finland. The clean room is a critical part of Vaisala’s manufacturing facility. Vaisala carries out research, development and manufacturing of its sensor technologies in-house; this ensures the best-in-class standard of Vaisala’s sensors.

Vaisala’s data loggers and precision instruments are renowned for accurate and reliable monitoring of temperature, relative humidity, pressure and carbon dioxide. Examples of the equipment will be on display at IBMS Birmingham.

The Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) Annual Congress is the largest and most important meeting of its kind in the UK. It offers biomedical scientists at all levels an opportunity to experience active learning in science, education, training, management and leadership.

The 2015 Congress is a three-day event opening September 28 at Birmingham’s landmark ICC conference center.

In addition to the traditional lectures and more than 25 poster presentations, this year’s event once again will include one-to-one and small group sessions on focused topics, as well as seminars and master class sessions.
