Gaillac, France: – Highly innovative process experts Pierre Fabre Medicament Supercritical Fluids Division are on the short list for a coveted prize at the CPhI Pharma Awards 2015.

The awards are a highlight of the highly prestigious event, being staged this year in Madrid.

PF Supercritical Fluids are shortlisted for an award in the category Best Innovation in Process and Formulation Development, alongside Codexis and Catalent.

Final countdown

All 16 finalists will make a concluding in-depth presentation to the Awards jury panel during the first day of CPhI Worldwide on Tuesday, October 13, before the winners are announced live during the show.

R&D Project Manager, Hubert Lochard, will deliver Supercritical Fluids Division’s presentation.

Innovations

The division has announced a number of significant innovations during the year, including its Formulcoat process, a mild and solvent-free process to efficiently coat all kind of dry powders even small particles and successfully tested for taste masking issue on a wide variety of dry compounds.
