Nacka, Stockholm: – Swedish-based designer and builder of modular production facilities for the pharma and biopharma industries, Pharmadule Morimatsu AB (Pharmadule) will present the design and build advantages of its distinctive modular approach when it attends the second Flexible Facilities conference in Berkley, California next month.

Exciting Developments
“We had no hesitation in returning to the Flexible Facilities show,” said Ulf Danielsson, Pharmadule Morimatsu Executive VP, Sales & Marketing. “We are a natural fit for this event, since the Pharmadule proposition is the very definition of flexible manufacturing facilities.”

“This event addresses the benefits and challenges of flexible facilities and plays an influential role in showing how the future almost certainly belongs to “adaptable” and flexible designs and facilities of the kind that Pharmadule has helped to pioneer,” said Mr. Danielsson.

“It will also present new concepts and pipeline strategies for future pharmaceutical development of the kind we are keen to talk about.”

“Finally, this conference offers a good balance of executive level considerations and in-the-field technical details to inform those in the biopharma industry that operate multi-product facilities or design flexible production spaces,” added Mr. Danielsson.

Flexible Manufacturing Solutions
Pharmadule Morimatsu will be present at Stand 200 at the Claremont Hotel, prepared to provide details of its offerings, including turnkey design and construction services, modular off-site production solutions, commissioning and qualification expertise, GMP consultancy and extended after-sales services.

The company will also be using the exhibition’s networking opportunities to identify forthcoming project leads and partners, reaching out to executive and senior managers in engineering & facilities, process technology, process science, operations/facility development and biopharmaceutical operations.

“We aim to demonstrate how our leading-edge modular production models and all-enveloping services that extends from concept to delivery and beyond remove risk and uncertainty for the client”, said Mr. Danielsson.

“It’s also important for potential partners to understand how our industry-focused expertise adds value to every stage of the process. For example, we will be showing how we can deploy expertise within commissioning and qualification, by performing IQ and OQ according to current GMP standards and adopting the ‘Lifecycle’ structure from the FDA Process Validation Guide.”
