Vert-Le-Petit, France: –Specialist fine chemicals and API CMO Isochem has a special treat in store for selected clients and contacts attending the forthcoming CPhI Worldwide 2014 show in Paris.

On the first night of the event, October 7, Isochem will be hosting an invitation-only party at the ‘home of the stars’, the chic Studio Harcourt photographic studio at rue Jean-Goujon.

The party is intended as both an alternative to the more showcase exhibit for Isochem as a venue to meet current clients and potential partners and also as a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the company’s founding in 1974.

Iconic

Harcourt is one of the show business world’s most famous photo studios, founded in 1934 by the Lacroix Brothersin collaboration with the renowned photographer Cosette Harcourt (née Germaine Hirschefeld). Harcourt is particularly known for its moody black and white ‘halo’ portraits of French movie stars and celebrities of the 1940s and 1950s.

“We chose Studio Harcourt for our birthday party to provide special Parisian surroundings and also to make a statement,” said Isochem Vice President Sales and Commercial Development, Xavier Jeanjean.

“Studio Harcourt became successful through a dedication to perfection and rigorous process, just as Isochem has adopted in our business of producing high quality fine chemicals and ingredients,” he explained.

CPhI presence

“We are looking forward to extended discussions and knowledge sharing with our clients and industry contacts,” commented Xavier Jeanjean.

“We have a lot of news and latest developments to pass on, including the upgrading of our plants to full FDA cGMP status and the up scaling of our specialist production facilities,” he added.

“This means we have a whole host of new capabilities to bring to the party, including route selection, process and analytical development and process optimization from laboratory scale to full production, as well as delivery of safe implementation of hazardous reactions and versatile chemistry,” said Xavier Jeanjean.
