Dividella staging live demos of NT x cartoner at ACHEMA 2015

Grabs, Switzerland: – Parenteral packaging specialist Dividella AG will stage live demonstrations of its new generation toploader cartoning system NeoTOP x (NT x) at May’s ACHEMA 2015 Trade Fair in Frankfurt.

The demonstrations will feature the NT x system’s ability to make ‘instant’ format changes.

The Dividella stand J72, in Hall 3.1 at Frankfurt Messe will demonstrate live format changes from a two count Injector Pen pack to a tow count Prefilled Syringe pack, in little more than quarter of an hour without using any tools.

NT x provides an enhanced, flexible and modular platform that can be configured for a wide variety of monomaterial (cardboard) packaging and features a host of innovative features including Dividella’s unique ‘Wide Format’ enabling packaging of single units or multi-packs on one machine, the NextGen automation system and extensive feeding solutions for syringes, vials, pens, injectors, inhalers, needles, blisters and sachets.

The intuitive graphical user interface includes digitalized ‘handwheels’ with position feedback for easy format changes while retaining high process reliability. The NT x also features small format parts that are small and easy to handle.

Low cost leader

Dividella CEO Stefan Knellwolf said the new system lowers Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Total Cost of Package (TCP) to industry-leading levels in the 30 to 50 package-per-minute capacity range.
