Laboratoria Smeets offers contract powder blending and packaging solutions such as lined bags, rigid plastic containers, dispensers and sachets for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Our packaging is in line with GMP guidelines and ranges vary from 25kg to 1g. Labo Smeets works closely with its clients and will help develop specialised solutions to meet customer requirements.

Labo Smeets only uses the most advanced and reliable machinery for its powder packaging lines. We work with 3 of the leading and innovative supplier manufacturers for packaging equipment:

Laudenberg
Laudenberg supplies robust and highly reliable rotative form fill seal (FFS) sachet machines. We have seven Laudenberg packaging lines for sachets producing up to 200 sachets per minute. Sachets are packaged in a folding box and usually include a detailed information leaflet.

G Webb Automation
Labo Smeets operates several Webb powder filling and container handling lines. G Webb Automation uses in house design with the latest state of the art microprocessor technology to provide the most advanced packaging solutions.

All-Fill
Labo Smeets uses the AFI filling line for containers from All-Fill. All-Fill is an outstanding manufacture of filling equipment. The majority of the powders handled on this line are packaged into containers such as talcum dispensers. This line also uses automatic capping unit and we can seal with an aluminium membrane.

All our products have an in line code, batch number and expiry date.
